This project involved a major extension and refurbishment of the existing mixed-use development over two phases. Existing residents and businesses remained in their premises throughout the works, adding to the complexity of the project. The overall project included: an Anchor Tenant Retail Space, a Convenience Store, a Retail Unit, a Medical Centre, an Office Unit, a Gym, a Créche, a Fast Food Takeaway Unit, a Restaurant and 12 luxurious apartments with unrivalled views of Dublin Bay. The finished product is an impressive, ultra-modern, mixed-use development welcomed by the local community.
