This is a luxury development of 18 three-bedroom and four-bedroom detached, semi-detached and terraced houses located on the outskirts of Dublin city. The houses were constructed to an A2 BER and NZEB compliance. Energy saving systems incorporated into the development include: air-to-water heat pumps, underfloor heating, and mechanical ventilation heat recovery (MVHR) systems. The houses are maintained at an even and consistent level of heat by the heat pump and underfloor heating with the MVHR providing continuous fresh air throughout all areas.
